I bought a screen protector for my PSP the same day I bought it. It’s one of the best investments you can get for the system. Also invest in a protective carry case of some sort. I prefer using the Logitech PSP clamshell case which holds it snuggly prevents the screen from coming into contact with other things.

I’ve actually never heard of a PSP having a disk read error. It must not be very common.

I own the first psp “slim” version that was released and I love the thing, the video quality it can put out it’s just freaking fantastic and the console does have some nice games on it. I also have a DS, because I like the fresh way to play games it has and because I love Castlevania to death, so I guess both handhelds this generations are pretty darn awesome.

I got a psp, really cheap only about $100 bucks used. Cool games, has the graphics of a ps2 in a small little handheld which I was amazed by. Also downloadable content like demos means I can just jew out on demos then get bored, uninstall the demo then get more. I like it.
